Duration Of Apprenticeship Training:
- Total Duration of training will be of one year (i.e. 12 months) from the date of contract. The one-year training will include 2 weeks’ Basic Training and 50 weeks’ On-the-Job Training.
STIPEND / BENEFIT:
- The engaged apprentices are eligible for following stipend per month for the contract period of 01 (one) year.

Eligibility Criteria For Punjab National Bank:
- Candidate must have a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- The degree should be from a recognized Institute/ College/ University approved by Govt./ AICTE/ UGC.
- The final result must be declared on or before 31 December 2025.
- Candidate must be able to produce mark sheets and provisional/degree certificate when required by the Bank.
- For the candidates registered under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the date of passing their Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding to the cut-off date i.e. 01.01.2026
- The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/ UT, should be proficient (reading,writing, speaking and understanding) in local language of that State/UT.
Age Limit & Relaxation for PNB Bank Jobs:
- Minimum age: 20 Years
- Maximum age: 28 Years (as on 01.01.2026)
- Eligible birth dates: 02.01.1998 to 01.01.2006
- Age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government rules, up to a maximum of 34 years under NAPS.

- Other Backward Classes (non-creamy layer): 3 years.
